Are there any offerings available to people not staying in the hotel?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of experiences by reservation which can be made up to 3 days in advance for outside guests, including: The Calibra Wellness Morning, Pilates, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sunday morning recovery sessions with cold plunge and sauna, as well as rejuvenating massages.

If I'm staying as a retreat guest, can I use the amenities whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. The gym, aerial yoga silks, yoga room, swimming pool, lounges, and dining area are available for your enjoyment during scheduled free time. However, the sauna and cold plunge are accessible only during specific designated times.

Can activities and meal times be adjusted?

Our schedule has been thoughtfully designed to promote optimal health, productivity, and relaxation. While guests are welcome to skip activities or meals if they choose, we are unable to modify the scheduled times for our offerings.

Will I need to pay for anything once I’m there?

The Calibra Retreat offers two delicious meals per day, complemented by enriching guided wellness activities. Guests can indulge in soothing massages as an optional add-on, as well as enjoy specialty beverages such as ice-cold coconuts, protein shakes, gourmet coffees and teas, also available for an additional charge.

Is participation in all of the activities required?

This is your retreat, and you are free to participate in as many or as few activities as you wish. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to skip a meal and dine out. However, we're quite proud of our culinary offerings, so please note that opting out of meals or activities does not affect the price of your stay.

What is a customary gratuity for the staff?

Our dedicated staff strives to provide you with exceptional service! If you feel that they've met your expectations, we kindly recommend a gratuity of 10% of the reservation cost.

Will there be Wi-Fi at Casa Calibra?

Yes. At Casa Calibra you can enjoy the reliable and fast Starlink WiFi (thanks Elon!) Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, supported by strategically placed hard-wired routers throughout the villa and backup power units, ensuring uninterrupted access for work, meetings, or leisure browsing.

We created Calibra for people on a wellness journey. Whether this will be your first step or you have a long-standing routine, you will have the opportunity to discover, level up, and fine-tune.

What should I pack?

Pack for a sporty beach weekend with a couple of suppers. And, of course, anything you may personally need for a getaway to south Mexico. We provide basic essentials like shampoo, towels, toothpaste, sunscreen and bug spray.

How far is the closest beach and is it swimmable?

Accepted Answer

The nearest beach is just 800 meters away, about a 10-minute walk. While it offers stunning views, swimming is not recommended for most of the year due to strong currents. However, within a 15-minute taxi ride, you’ll find two beautiful beaches with calm, swimmable waters, perfect for a refreshing dip or a day by the sea.
